Quaint hotel with everything fairly clean throughout and a great location on the Norled ferry. Extremely friendly staff, beautifully designed room with modern & very pretty furnishings, the bathroom and a nice view. Location next to the main pedestrian street, and cruise ship. And a 10-minute walk from a large Catholic church.

Thank you for a relaxing stay. The room is new-fashioned, the people are superfriendly and excellent. All in all they offer great service. Moreover, there is a parking on site. Overall great food, plus there is Drapen Vinbar close by: )

The location of No13 was ideal, right in the heart of Bergen and within walking distance to all the sights. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, offering a variety of options to suit our tastes. The hotel also provided a light supper in the evenings, which was a nice touch. We appreciated the attention to detail, such as the homemade cake and the provision of tea and coffee throughout the day. The room itself was comfortable and well-appointed, with amenities like a fridge and a hairdryer. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it difficult to leave in the mornings. The proximity to the dock and various tours was convenient, making it easy to explore the fjords and participate in walking tours. The surrounding area had plenty of convenient stores, restaurants, and fast food chains, providing plenty of dining options. Despite some minor drawbacks like having to walk through the restaurant to get to the reception and occasional inconsistencies in staff service, we had a pleasant stay overall. We highly recommend No13 for its excellent location, friendly staff, and great value.
